To purchase from this website, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate payment details. All major credit cards are accepted, and payments are securely processed via Stripe. Your credit card statement will show a transaction from Riyat Organics.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment to the delivery address provided. While we aim to meet this timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. postal strikes, customs checks). If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact us. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
We reserve the right to change, add or delete any documents, information or other content that appears on this site, including this agreement, at any time, Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of significant updates.
Under UK law, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We extend this to 30 days for unused, unopened items in original packaging. To request a return, email info@riyatorganics.co.uk. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch (within 24 hours), please contact us immediately. If cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
